Picking colors for animals
Animal coats run through the whole palette. Browns and Nature shades carry retrievers, beagles, deer, bears, and squirrels. Greys cover wolves, elephants, dolphins, and whales. Bold orange brings the lion mane and tiger stripes, with Bold yellow striping the giraffe. Pastels suit rabbit fur, hedgehog spines, and the duck belly. Skin tones land on the monkey hands, pig snouts, and pink rabbit ears. Bold green and blue sit on parrots, peacocks, and tropical fish. Nature greens finish grass, leaves, and woodland or savanna backgrounds.
Using the canvas
Each click fills one region with the active color. Pan with two fingers on a touchscreen, or scroll the wheel to zoom in on a laptop. The toolbar carries Undo, Redo, Eraser, and Clear under the canvas. The page saves automatically if the tab closes mid-color, so a kid can come back to the same elephant or owl the next morning.
Saving the finished page
The Download PDF button saves the colored page as a Letter-size PDF. Print on standard US paper, slip into a school folder, or pin to a kitchen fridge.
