Village Tuff Spot

April 7, 2015 by Emma Gadsby Leave a Comment

It is currently the Easter holidays and we are enjoying several family days out I needed a quick set up Tuff Spot activity for today. As today’s letter as part of our Tuff Spot A-Z Challenge was the letter V, we were able to create a V is for Village Tuff Spot.

I used our grass DIY Tuff Spot mat as the base. Whilst Adam got his HappyLand Train Station, Vets and Post Office, I created a road using masking tape. This masking tape road was certainly easier than our previous ones.

I used the left over material from our daisy, pebbles and underwater scene Tuff Spot mats to create a garden, quarry and village pond.

Adam also found a variety of buildings and animals from his Carousel Wooden Train Set along with some HappyLand figures.

Not bad for a few minutes preparation and it kept Adam occupied whilst I cooked tea.

Welcome!

Emma and Adam

During a difficult pregnancy suffering from Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG) Emma vowed to make every day an adventure once she had recovered. Adventures of Adam is the outcome of completing a 100 day play challenge with Adam as part of that promise. Emma has a section dedicated to HG friendly play activities so that Mums can still be part of their children’s play whilst they are ill.
