One Ingredient Valentine Snack

February 14, 2015 by Emma Edwards Leave a Comment

Valentine’s Day is upon us. A day to treat your loved one. The problem is that many chocolates and sweets contain milk. As Adam has a milk intolerance these treats are not an option. However, we have recently discovered a super easy Valentine snack that only contains on ingredient – plus it is dairy free too!

Adventures of Adam One Ingredient Valentine Snack

Our magic ingredient – Soya yoghurt! We are huge fans of soya yoghurt and this Valentine treat is perfect throughout the year. Simply place your cookie cutters onto a tray. Today we used hearts.

Then pour your soya yoghurt into the cookie cutters. Don’t make each one too thick though.

Then pop the tray into the freezer for about 30 minutes. Once the soya yoghurt has hardened simply push the frozen yoghurt out of the cookie cutter.

It is as easy as that. I make our Valentine snacks at the same time as making lunch. Once lunch time is over then our heart desserts are ready. As you can see Beth, my niece, loves them!

Welcome!

Emma and Adam

During a difficult pregnancy suffering from Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG) Emma vowed to make every day an adventure once she had recovered. Adventures of Adam is the outcome of completing a 100 day play challenge with Adam as part of that promise. Emma has a section dedicated to HG friendly play activities so that Mums can still be part of their children’s play whilst they are ill.
