At Adventures of Adam we love play challenges. Since November 2013 we have completed 5 play challenge and hosted 3 blog hops. We are currently on our 6th play challenge.
Back in October 2013 and I was struggling as a Mum. It had rained non-stop for several days and Adam and I were both extremely bored. We had a living room filled with plastic toys yet they didn’t sustain Adam’s attention for more than a few minutes. Despite being a Primary School teacher I had no idea how to play with an 18 month old. So I started a 30 Day Toddler Play challenge which turned into our 100 Day Challenge.
That challenge got me thinking. If I, as a trained educational professional, struggled to play with my child then how did other parents manage. I decided to start blogging our play adventures to demonstrate that play activities do not need to cost the earth to make a difference to your little one’s life.
