The Feather Balloon Company + WIN

March 23, 2016 by Emma Edwards 43 Comments

Who doesn’t enjoy receiving something through the post? Well now thanks to The Feather Balloon Company you can send beautiful feather and confetti-filled helium bubble balloons to celebrate any occasion.

Two single mum friends, Jo and Siobhan, were fed up with naff foil balloons, tacky party decorations and DIY helium tanks. They decided to give the balloon a long-overdue makeover. The result is a range of luxury balloons-in-a-box which can be delivered anywhere in the UK.

When we were asked to try out one of their balloons, we couldn’t resist the Easter Balloon. They have teamed up with chocolate maker Montezuma’s to create the perfect luxury gift. It is a clear bubble balloon filled with fluffy yellow chicks and feathers and weighted down with a box of delicious chocolates. Who couldn’t say no to that! Our box arrived a day later via our usual postman. It was decorated with a huge red ribbon.

The Feather Balloon Company delivery

I decided to try something for the first time. I filmed Adam opening the box. The ribbon proved a little tricky for a three year old to open independently but I love his reaction:

The crystal-clear bubble balloon is simply beautiful. The feathers and chicks look amazing inside. Yellow and green ribbon (much to Dad-Dads delight as he is a Norwich City Football Club fan) are tied to the balloon along with a gift tag. You are able to personalise the message on the gift tag in the “notes section” when ordering.

The Feather Balloon Company Review

Our Easter Balloon was weighted down with Montezuma’s milk chocolate honeycomb pieces. I have to admit the chocolates did not last long and were delicious!

The Feather Balloon Company guarantees that your balloon will last up to 10 days. We have had our balloon for 5 days and it still looks exactly like it did when it first came out of the box.

Easter balloon gift

The Feather Balloon Company doesn’t just do feather filled balloons. There are many options including confetti of all different colours and even vintage rose petals. Each balloon comes with pretty handmade string and cute weighted boxes.

I think I would choose the feather one too…my 2 year old daughter would be enraptured by them & intrigued about not being able to get to them! Stunning. Such a different concept to the usual balloons on offer. Loved the video of Adam opening it up. Clever lad x
