It seems fitting that on Small Business Saturday I am posting about Bobbin & Bells Handicrafts, a Norfolk business that specialises in handmade gifts. Their range includes handmade bags, children’s toys, taggy blankets and taggy cubes. They are able to make memory bears and patchwork quilts using your previous sentimental fabric such as your babies first clothing. Each item is unique to its owner.
Bobbin & Bells Handicrafts recently started a new range – fabric photograph albums. We are delighted to be given the opportunity to review our own Adventures of Adam fabric photograph album. That is not all. One lucky reader will be able to win their own personalised fabric photograph album. Information on how to enter can be found at the bottom of the post.
The six inch album contains six of your own photographs printed onto fabric. You are able to choose from a wide range of fabrics from their Facebook page. Your chosen name is stamped on to the front of the album.
Ordering a fabric photograph album is straightforward. You simply send Bobbin & Bells a Private Message via their Facebook page with your requirements and Bobbin & Bells will keep you updated on your order. Payment is arranged via Paypal. Your item is handmade and delivered to you within 14 days. They deliver throughout the UK.
Our parcel arrived promptly. I immediately fell in love with Bobbin & Bell’s work. Our fabric book was sewn into a map package. The map was even of our local area. This wonderful finishing touch and extra care for detail means you could give a Bobbin & Bells Handicraft item immediately as a gift.
I was really impressed with the quality of the fabric photograph album. The image quality remained despite being printed onto fabric. The photographs are directly stitched to the colourful fabric. The pages are sewn together securely and the album looks toddler proof.
The fabric photograph album has a tag attached to the top left hand corner. This could be used to clip the photograph album to a pushchair or changing bag.
We chose 6 photographs from our Adventures of Adam blog to remember some key adventures from our first year of blogging. Adam loves looking at photographs. When he was younger he’d spend ages looking at an album of his family. However, the plastic album was too heavy and clumpy for him to hold independently and he used to get frustrated. A fabric photograph album would have been perfect for him to hold as it is light, the pages are easy to turn and it is the ideal size for little hands.
The fabric photograph album would make an ideal gift or memory keep sake for many different occasions. An album for a newborns first days, a year book, a family album or a wedding/anniversary present. It could even be used as a learning aid for example by taking photographs of numbers.
Bobbin & Bells are giving Adventures of Adam readers the opportunity to win their own personalised photograph album. Simply enter the rafflecopter below to be in with a chance of winning.
